Can I change my order?

Once you have placed your order, you can change your order only when contacting us within 2 hours after placing the order. Please make sure to mention your order number.

Can I cancel my order?

Once you have placed your order, you can no longer cancel the order. If you wish to cancel, please contact us asap. However, we process orders as soon as possible.

 

Promotion codes?

Promotion codes can be used in the shopping basket. Please not that not every code can be combined with other promotions. If you have any questions in this regard, do not hesitate to contact us.

 

PAYMENT

Which payment methods does Cocoomade accept?

Our web shop offers different payment options: Visa, Mastercard, Bancontact and PayPal:

  • By credit card: either VISA or Mastercard – with a secure SSL connection.
  • By debit card: Bancontact or Mister Cash. In this case, payment is made through online banking in the trusted environment of your own bank. The payment will be processed immediately.
  • By Paypal The payment will be made from the bank account or credit card linked to your PayPal account once it has been approved.

When will my money be debited from my card?

  • By credit card: with your monthly settlement.
  • By debit card: immediately after ordering.
  • By Paypal: depending on the card/account you linked to your Paypal-account, the payment will be done with your monthly settlement or immediately after approvement.

 

SHIPPING AND COSTS

All parcels are shipped with DPD - BPOST - DHL . From Monday to Friday, orders placed before 2 PM will be shipped the same day.
(Clothing - Accessories).  Customized items will be shipped within 7 business days.

Belgium  

  • Standard Shipping flat rate €4,95
  • FREE shipping on all orders over €75

We offer Free Local pick up in Heppen (Belgium). Simply select option at check out and contact us to arrange.

Netherlands

  • Standard Shipping flat rate €6.95
  • FREE shipping on all orders over €75

 

Europe

World

International customers may incur customs fees and duties. We advise that you contact the relevant government body in your country for information on what these charges might be.

When do I receive my order?

Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days. (Clothing - Accessories).  Customized items will be shipped within 5 business days. 

Orders should arrive between 1-3 days in Belgium/Netherlands.

What if I use incorrect address?

Once you have placed your order, you can change your order and address when contacting us within 2 hours after placing the order. Please make sure to mention your order number. 

All parcels are sent with tracking so we can follow your parcel but please note that Cocoomade cannot not be responsible for lost or missing parcels through post if incorrect address provided and not changed.

 

Want to send the order to a different address or send direct as a gift?

Of course! You can fill out any delivery address in the checkout process.

If you would like to send directly to a friend as a gift, just add a note at check out or email us and we can post without invoice if you prefer.

 

What is the status of my order? 

DPD will send you an email with a track and trace link, so you will be able to track your parcel. Once we have transferred the parcel to our courier, delivery is generally made the following business day.

Do you gift wrap?

All our orders are packed carefully and original. If you would like to order extra gift wrapping please contact us beforehand and we will work something out.
